If you do decide that you are unhappy with a product from Cayenne, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of delivery date. We'll do everything we can to make things right.
If your purchase isn't right for you and it is unworn, unwashed, with the tags still on, we can take the item back at no cost to you. We will send you a shipping label, so you can ship it back to us and we will refund your money.
We are unable to take returns on socks, underwear, or swimsuits. If any other items are non-refundable, it will be noted in the item description during the list date.
Under most conditions, items can't be exchanged. We only stock just the right amount of items.
